Officers of the Hannibal Police Department conducted sixteen (16) on site alcohol compliance checks at local convenience stores, businesses and restaurants on Thursday Oct. 1st. This is a continuing effort to reduce the availability of alcoholic beverages to minors. Of the sixteen businesses checked, one (1) was cited for non-compliance.
The business that was found to be non-compliant during the check was as follows:
- Drake’s Steak and Ale- 421 Clinic Road.
The businesses that were found to be in compliance were:
- BP – 624 Mark Twain Ave.
- Abel’s – 804 Mark Twain Ave.
- Ayerco – 1208 Mark Twain Ave.
- Pic-A-Dilly – 1329 Mark Twain Ave.
- Dirt Cheap – 205 Huck Finn Shopping Center.
- Wal-Mart – 3650 Stardust.
- Fiddlesticks – 8945 Highway 36.
- Abel’s – 100 Shinn Lane.
- County Market – 202 Steamboat Bend.
- Walgreens – 455 Highway 61.
- Aldi – 4419 McMasters Ave.
- Casey’s General Store – 305 Business 61.
- Pic-A-Dilly – 3906 McMasters Ave.
- Abel’s – 2859 James Rd.
- Ayerco – 304 US 61 South
