On Sunday, April 27, 2014 at 12:10 A.M., Hannibal Police Officers were called to the 300 block of North Main for a disturbance involving a man waiving a gun around and pointing it at people. Several witnesses were identified on scene and shortly after, a male was taken into custody. The Hannibal man, 52 year old Michael J Hagen, was taken to the Marion County Jail. Three counts of Unlawful Use of a Weapon were later filed by the Marion County Prosecutor. Michael remains in the Marion County Jail on a $50,000 cash only warrant. No injuries were reported during the incident.
