On Thursday morning, (November 08, 2012), Detectives with the Hannibal Police Department Narcotics Unit served a narcotics search warrant in the 900 block Of Georgia St. During the course of the search several items used in the distribution of narcotics, drug paraphernalia and marijuana were located and seized. 18 year old Nicholas L. Riley, of Hannibal, was arrested without incident and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Riley was released pending warrants. While conducting the search warrant, information was discovered that lead officers to believe other subjects involved were staying at a hotel in the 600 block of Mark Twain Ave. Narcotics officers contacted these subjects and were granted consent to search their room. Items used in the distribution of narcotics, drug paraphernalia and marijuana were located in the room. 17 year old Selest A. Jensen and 22 year old Dylan T. O’Brien, both of Hannibal, were arrested and charged with Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Jensen was released pending warrants. O’Brien was placed on a 24 hour hold at the Marion County Jail.
