Officers of the Hannibal Police Department (HPD) conducted fifteen (15) on-site alcohol compliance checks at local convenience stores, grocery stores, and restaurants on Wednesday, May 18, 2016, in a continued effort to reduce the availability of alcoholic beverages to minors.
