On Tuesday evening at 9:09 p.m. officers of the Hannibal Police Department were called to Levering Regional Health Center, located at 1734 Market St due to a resident sustaining injuries from a fall from a 3rd story window. The Hannibal Police Department continues to investigate this incident, but at this time the fall appears to be an intentional act of the injured party. The resident was transported to the University Hospital in Columbia Mo.
