Prohibited Parking on July 4th Parade Route
Parking will be prohibited on the parade route starting July 4th from 12:00 am to the conclusion of the parade. The restricted parking area will run from Grand Ave. on Broadway to 4th Street. Hannibal police officers will attempt to advise vehicle owners and businesses in the restricted area starting after 6:00 pm on July 3rd in order to gain more voluntary compliance. The restricted parking has been found to be beneficial in street congestion and promotes more safety for those observing the parade from street level.
