Officers of the Hannibal Police Department (HPD) conducted nineteen (19) on site alcohol sale compliance checks at local convenience stores, drinking establishments and restaurants during the month of April, in a continued effort to reduce the availability of alcoholic beverages to minors. Of the 19 businesses checked for compliance 7 were found to noncompliant and 12 were found to be in compliance.
