On Sunday, 8/27/17 at approximately 04:15 a.m. officers were called to the 1600 block of Singleton for a report of stealing from a vehicle. The owner of the vehicle gave a description of who they had seen inside their vehicle. A few minutes’ later officers located two Hannibal juveniles (ages 15 and 14) matching the description, riding bicycles on Market St. The juveniles were taken into custody and later transported to detention by the 10th Circuit Juvenile Office. Hannibal Police are asking citizens to call the Hannibal Police Department if they recently had items missing from their vehicles.
