On Thursday (March 2nd) morning officers of the Hannibal Police Department received a report of an armed robbery in the 3600 block of Atoka St. Diontahja A Washington (18 of Hannibal) reported she had been robbed at gun point by a male subject who had fled into a nearby residence. After officers investigated Washington’s claim, it was determined that she had falsely reported the crime. Washington was arrested and charged with False Report of a Crime. Wahsington was released pending a warrant.
