On Wednesday, February 26, officers of the Hannibal Police Department were attempting to deliver a message at a residence in the 1200 block of Ely St. When the officers made contact with the residents, they detected a strong odor of what they believed to be marijuana coming from inside the house. After receiving consent to search the residence, the officers located several baggies of what is believed to be marijuana, packaged for sale, along with items of paraphernalia. 24 year old Amy L. Andrews was arrested for Manufacturing and Delivery of a Controlled Substance and placed on a 24 hour hold at the Marion County Jail. On Thursday, February 27, a warrant was issued by the 10th Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County, charging Andrews with two counts of the Class B Felony of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $100,000.00. Andrews remains in the Marion County Jail.
