A warrant was issued in the 10th Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County on Destiny Sigler, charging her with (2) counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Both are Class C Felonies. Sigler’s bond was set at $50,000.00. She remains in the Marion County Jail.

Officers of the Hannibal Police Department Narcotics Unit and Special Response Team served a narcotics search warrant Tuesday (04/25/12) afternoon in the 200 block of North Locust. During the course of the search, substances believed to be Crack Cocaine, Heroin, Marijuana and prescription drugs were located. Also located were several items commonly used in the manufacturing and distribution of illegal narcotics. 23 year old Destiny R. Sigler, of Hannibal was arrested for Manufacturing a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Tampering with Evidence. 27 year old Shon W. Test of Hannibal, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Probation and Parole Warrant. 44 year old Jeffrey A. Smith, of Columbia, Mo was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia. Sigler and Test
are being held on 24 hour holds at the Marion County Jail. Smith was released
pending warrants.
