Dustin E. Harelson– charged with a class B felony of attempt to commit the offense of manufacture or production of a controlled substance, bond was set at 100,000.00 cash only- he remains in Marion County Jail.
Brandon S. Bowers– charged with a class B felony of attempt to commit the offense of manufacture or production of a controlled substance, bond was set at 100,000.00 cash only- he remains in the Marion County Jail.

Hannibal officers arrested four Hannibal residents in the 1100 block of Valley Tuesday night on charges related to an active methamphetamine lab. The suspects identified as Brandon S. Bowers 29 years of age
Bobby R. Waters 34 years of age
Dustin E. Harelson 26 years of age
Kristen N. Stout 25 years of age
In addition to being held on 24-hour holds for their involvement with a meth lab Harelson and Stout are both being investigated on additional charges for resisting arrest and assault on law enforcement officers during the incident. All four were transferred to the Marion County Sheriff Department pending issuance of arrest warrants.
