On Friday afternoon (April 3rd) officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 1700 block of Dean Ave. When officers arrived they discovered 27 year old Eric S. Pulsifer, of Hannibal, had fired a handgun into the woods and towards the residences in the area of Johnson St. Pulsifer was arrested for Unlawful Use of a Weapon and placed on a 24 hour hold at the Marion County Jail. Also arrested was 18 year old Heather G. Carter, of Hannibal, for Interfering with the Investigation. Cater was released pending a warrant. A 9mm handgun was recovered and seized.
