A warrant was issued Thursday morning in the 10th Judicial Circuit Court, on Amber A. Snyder, of Hannibal, charging her with the Class B Felony of Manufacturing or Attempting to Manufacture a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $100,000.00 cash only. Snyder remains in the Pike County Jail.

Officers of the Hannibal Police department received information Wednesday morning  that a subject with a probation and parole warrant was possibly staying at a residence in  the 100 block of N. 7th. Hannibal officers made contact at the residence and after  receiving permission to search the house, located the subject, 22 year old Adam L.  Raithel, of Hannibal, hiding in the kitchen. Raithel was taken into custody without incident. Officers then received consent to search the rest of the residence and located  several items commonly used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine, several items of  drug paraphernalia and hypodermic needles. 39 year old Lea Ann Lewis, of Hannibal,  was arrested for an active warrant and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 20 year old  Amber A. Snyder, of Hannibal, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance,  Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Manufacturing a Controlled Substance.  Raithel  was released to the Marion County Jail. Snyder was placed on a 24 hour hold at the Pike  County Jail and Lewis was released pending a warrant.
