Saturday night officers of the Hannibal Police Department were patrolling the 200 block of Hayden St and noticed a chemical odor, commonly associated with the manufacturing of methamphetamine. While attempting to locate the source of the odor, the officers made contact with 41 year old Warren L. Woolfolk, who had just walked out of a residence. While speaking to Woolfolk, the officers noticed the same chemical odor coming from his person. Officers received consent to search Woolfolk’s residence and upon searching it, located an active methamphetamine lab in a bedroom. The methamphetamine lab was seized by the Hannibal Police Department Narcotics Unit. Woolfolk was arrested and placed on 24 hour holds at the Marion County Jail on charges of Manufacturing a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
