The Hannibal Police Departments Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) executed a narcotics search warrant Thursday morning (April 7th) at a residence located at #10 Fairway Dr. Several items used in the manufacturing and sale of narcotics and items of Drug Paraphernalia were located inside the residence. Ronald E Taylor, 57, of Hannibal, was arrested for Manufacturing and Delivery of a controlled Substance. Taylor was placed on a 24 hour hold at the Marion County Jail.
