As a result of an investigation by detectives of the Hannibal Police Department and the Marion County Childrens Division, a warrant was issued June 12th by the 10th Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County, charging Tory L Whitfield (41 of Hannibal) with 2 counts of Child Molestation 2nd Degree. Whitfield was arrested June 12th by Hannibal officers and released to the Marion County Jail. His bond is set at $100,000.00 cash only.
