Officers of the Hannibal Police Department were called to 3650 Stardust, Sunday night, for a report of shoplifting. Officers were advised the stores loss prevention officer was following a subject who was attempting to leave the store without paying for merchandise. When officers arrived, the subject had fled the store on foot. After a short foot pursuit, the suspect, 24 year old Joshua S. Miller of New London, was apprehended without incident. Miller was arrested and issued summons for Misdemeanor Stealing, Resisting Arrest, Driving While Revoked and Parking in a Handicap Zone.
