On December 2, 2011, 17 year old Richard Trevor Hubbard, of Hannibal, was arrested on a warrant issued by the 10th Judicial Court of Marion County for Child Molestation 2nd Degree. The warrant stems from a July 7th report alleging Hubbard had sex with a 12 year old female. Hubbard’s bond was set at $20,000.00. He was arrested without incident and released to the Marion County Jail.
A criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
