On Sunday, August 2nd, officers of the Hannibal Police Department arrested 18 year old Curtis R. Miller, of Hannibal, charging him with Burglary 1st Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arrest is a result of an investigation into the burglary of Jimmy John restaurant reported earlier Sunday morning. Curtis was placed in the Marion County Jail pending warrants. On Monday August 3rd, a warrant was issued in the 10th Judicial Circuit Court charging Miller with Burglary 2nd Degree, a Class C felony. Millers bond is set at 25,000.00. He remains in the Marion County Jail.
