Officers of the Hannibal Police Department were called to the 2300 block of Warren Barrett, Friday afternoon, for a report of a suspicious person. When officers arrived they found 19 year old Gregory W. Miller of Hannibal, hiding in a creek. The officers recognized Miller and knew he was wanted on a felony warrant. Miller fled from officers and after a short foot pursuit, he was apprehended. Miller was arrested on the warrant and Resisting Arrest. He was released to the Marion County Jail.
A criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty
