Saturday, October 5, 2019 officers were called to a business alarm at Wireless Express located on Diamond Blvd.  Officers found the business had  been broken into and multiple items were missing.  Surrounding agencies were notified of the burglary in Hannibal.  Approximately one hour later the  Troy Police Department was in pursuit of the suspects from the Hannibal burglary. Tire deflation devices were utilized and the pursuit ended in  Lake. St. Louis.  Samuel Simpson, 38 years of age of St. Louis, and D’Vion C. Harris, 35 years of age of St. Louis, was taken into custody.  Items from  the Hannibal burglary were recovered from the vehicle.  Warrants for Simpson and Harris were issued by the Circuit Court of Marion County.   Simpson and Harris were both charged with Burglary Second Degree, Stealing, Possession of Burglary Tools, and Property Damage.  Their bond was  set at $50,000 cash only.  They are currently housed in the Lincoln County Jail.
