The Hannibal Police Department is preparing for the 31st Annual Children’s Halloween Party. It has been the goal of the department to provide a safe alternative for the children of Hannibal at Halloween and we have been successful in doing so for 30 years. The party is funded entirely from generous donations made throughout the year from the people of our city and the surrounding area. As in the past we plan to provide free soda, hot dogs, candy and activities for the children. There will also be a costume contest which will include several generous prizes. We are currently in the process of actively raising funds for this event to cover the cost of the supplies needed. The party is run entirely from volunteer help and Hannibal Police officers. If you wish to donate to the annual Halloween Party contributions may be mailed or dropped off at the Hannibal Police Department.
