FOURTH OF JULY PARKING RESTRICTIONS
The Hannibal Police Department would like to inform the public of the parking restrictions for the Hannibal Cannibal and parade on July 3rd. There will be no parking along the course routes starting at 02:00 a.m. the morning of July 3rd to the conclusion of the Cannibal and parade. Officers will be contacting businesses along the Cannibal and Parade route the evening of July 2nd informing them of the parking restrictions. Any vehicle found parked along the route, 2 hours prior to the event, may be subject to tow. The Hannibal Police Department is looking for the public’s cooperation in this matter.
The Hannibal Cannibal will start at 06:00 a.m. at North and Main. It will go down South Main to Church then across the 3rd St. overpass. It will then head out of town on MO 79 where runners will turn and come back in the city on the same route. MO 79 will be completely shut down at MO 79 and Church until the end of the race.
The Parade will start at 10:00 a.m. at Broadway and Grand Ave. It will travel east on Broadway to Main St. then south on Main St. to Church St. where it will end.
