The following arrests and investigations were completed by the Hannibal Police Department’s Anti-Crime Enforcment Squad (ACES).
- Patrick Earl Perry, a 28 year old Hannibal man, was arrested at 1800 Broadway on March 2, 2016. An arrest warrant was issued on Perry for $100,000 cash only for Distribution of Heroin. A Probation warrant was also issued on Perry with a bond set at $20,000.00 cash only. Perry remains in the Marion County Jail.
- David Andre Mayfield, a 23 year old Hannibal man, was arrested at 1800 Broadway on March 2, 2016. An arrest warrant was issued on Mayfield for $100,000 cash only for Distribution of Heroin. A Probation warrant was also issued on Mayfield with a bond set at $20,000.00 cash only. Mayfield is currently in the Marion County Jail.
- Jakob Michael Rickey, a 21 year old Hannibal man, was arrested at 1801 Broadway on March 3, 2016 after an execution of a search warrant. Rickey was arrested for 2 counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana. He also was wanted out of Lincoln County, MO for a Fraud Investigation. Rickey was turned over to Lincoln County Authorities.
Also arrested during the execution of the search warrant:
- Shaley May Gollaher, a 17 year old Hannibal woman. Gollaher was arrested for Possession of a substance believed to be Methamphetamines, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Possession of a substance believed to be Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Gollaher was also wanted on a State Warrant and was turned over to proper authorities.
- Travis John Bloom, a 33 year old Hannibal man, was charged with Distribution of Heroin. This charge is pending and Travis is currently in the Marion County Jail on other charges.
- Gregory Neal Flowers, a 24 year old Hannibal man, was charged with Distribution of Methamphetamines. This charge is pending and Gregory is currently in the Marion County Jail on other charges.
