On Saturday 05/06/2017 at 1:44 PM, Hannibal Police Officers with the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) responded to the 3100 block of St. Charles for a check the well-being of a male subject who was possibly under the influence of a controlled substance. Officers made contact with a male subject who was not coherent. The Marion County Ambulance and Hannibal Fire Department responded and transported the subject to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment. While at the residence officers contacted two adults, Jeremy McTheeney (30) of Huunewell, and Jamie Harris (23) of Center Missouri. McTheeney and Harris were found to be in possession of controlled substances. McTheeney was arrested on the following charges: parole violation warrant (no bond), drug violation warrant (Audrain County $14,000 cash only), possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of controlled substance (prescription pills). McTheeney was transported to the Marion County Jail on the warrants. Harris was arrested for  possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance (prescription pills), and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Harris was released pending review by the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney.
