On 12-2-2011 a criminal arrest warrant was issued in the 10th Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County charging Donald R. Thomas with a Class B Felony of Distribution of a Controlled Substance, his bond was set at 100,000.00 cash only he remains in the Marion County Jail.

On Thursday night, Officers of the Hannibal Police Department received information that a male subject was attempting to sell prescription medication in the 2900 block of James Rd.. An undercover police officer contacted 49 year old Donald R. Thomas, of Hannibal and purchased several pills of what is believed to be a schedule IV controlled substance. Thomas was arrested without incident on charges of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and placed on a 24 hour hold at the Marion County Jail pending warrants..
A criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
