On Wednesday, January 13th, at approximately 9:15a.m. officers with the Hannibal Police Department were called to the 1400 block of Bird to check the well-being of a person that was slummed over the steering wheel. Officers made contact with Jamie D. DeBary, 37 of Hannibal. DeBary had an active felony warrant out of Marion County. Upon search incident to arrest officers located a large amount of a crystal like substance that is believed to be methamphetamine. DeBary was transported to Marion County on her warrant. Charges for distribution of a controlled substance will be sent to the Marion County Prosecutor.
