On Monday, February 8th Officers with the Hannibal Police Department Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) arrested John D. LaJoy, 47, of Hannibal on a warrant issued by the 10th Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County. The warrant is a result of an investigation by the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad into illegal narcotics distribution. The warrant charges LaJoy with a Class B Felony of Distribution of a Controlled Substance by knowingly distributing, delivering or selling Heroin. LaJoy remains in the Marion County Jail with his bond set at 100,000.00 cash only.
