On Monday, January 22nd, Hannibal Police officers were called to the 200 block of Hill St to assist Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in regard to an unconscious male. When they arrived on scene EMS determined the subject was deceased. An autopsy was performed on the 55 year old Hannibal resident and preliminary findings do not indicate foul play. This is an on-going investigation and more information may be released.
