On Thursday morning (Nov 17th) at approximately 06:30 a.m. officers of the Hannibal Police Department were called to the 1734 Market St regarding a man on the ground. When officers arrived, they located a deceased 45 year old male. At this time this incident is still under investigation and more information will be released when appropriate.
