On Thursday June 27th at approximately 08:24 am, officers of the Hannibal Police Department were called to the 9th Street and Colfax Street area for a report of a man down. Upon arrival a 73 year old male was located deceased outside on railroad property. Detectives responded to conduct an investigation into the death. There were no signs of foul play and the death appears to be from natural causes at this time.
