The Hannibal Police Department and Marion County Sheriff’s Office have joined forces to create a multi-pronged approach to address the growing use of heroin in the community. Heroin usage in the area has grown considerably over the last few years as had the deaths attributed to the use of heroin. Representatives from both departments will be on hand at the Hannibal Police Department to further detail their combined efforts on January 25th (Monday) @ 10:00 am.
