TEMPORARY COURT OPTIONS DUE TO COVID-19
Below are the options you can choose for your court proceedings for Hannibal Municipal Court
(1)You can sign the Guilty Plea and Motion to Waive Appearance and pay your fine prior to your court date by cash, money order or cashier’s check, payable to the City of Hannibal. Send by mail to Hannibal Municipal Court, P.O. Box 993, Hannibal, MO 63401, or pay in person in the Collector’s Office at City Hall.
(2)IN PERSON: You can go to the OLD ARMORY (301 Warren Barrett Drive) for Municipal Court on the day of the hearing. A mask and temperature check is required. You will enter the armory and view the Judge and Prosecutor by video conference on a computer.
(3)ON LINE: You may join the video conference with the Judge and Prosecutor by computer on your court day from home The procedure to join the video conference is as follows:
- On the internet go to https://webex.com
- Click on Join toward the top right of the screen
- To join a meeting enter 1265649432#, then choose “join from your browser” and follow the prompts to join the meeting with the Judge and Prosecutor
(4)TELEPHONE: If you want to join the Webex hearing by telephone only, you can call 408-418-9388 and follow the prompts. The meeting number is 1265649432# and you may enter # for your attendee ID number when prompted. You will hear the judge but be put on mute until your turn.
Options 3 and 4 will be available after 10 AM on the day of court. Do not call prior to that time.
