The Hannibal City Council meeting scheduled for 7:00 PM February 4th has been canceled due to inclement weather. Agenda items for February 4th will be added to the February 18th meeting.

City Hall and other non-emergency offices are closed as of 10:00 a.m. today due to the inclement weather. Offices will reopen on Wednesday morning pending weather conditions. Updates as to the status of City Hall and other non-emergency offices closures will be announced in future media releases.
