On Monday, 11/24/2025, the 10th Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County issued warrants for Cody S, Rickey, 34 of Hannibal, charging him with two counts of Burglary, three counts of Stealing, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. The charges stem from an incident that began on Sunday, 11/23/2025. At approximately 9:37a.m. officers responded to a report of a burglary in the 800 block of Walnut. During the investigation officers were able to review video footage and identify Rickey as the suspect. A search warrant was obtained and executed in the 500 block of Walnut. Most of the stolen property was recovered and Rickey was taken into custody. His bond was set at $35,000.00 cash only. Rickey remains in the Marion County Jail.
