On Wednesday, March 25, 2020 officers were called to the 2200 block of Broadway for a disturbance. Officers arrested Noah J. Harrell, 19 of Hannibal, for assault and armed criminal action. He was taken to Marion County Jail and placed on a twenty four hour hold. No injuries were reported as result of the assault. On Thursday, March 26, 2020 a warrant was issued for Harrell charging him with Second Degree Assault and Armed Criminal Action. His bond is set at $25,000.00 cash only. Harrell remains housed in the Marion County Jail.
