On Thursday, October 28^th, the 10^th Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County issued a warrant for Joshua L. Stevens, 40 of Hannibal, charging him with Class E Felony Knowingly Burning or Exploding. On October 20^th and 26^th officers with the Hannibal Police Department responded to multiple  vehicle fires at a business in the 300 block of Mark Twain Ave. Detectives with the Hannibal Police Department investigated the fires and were able to link Stevens to the fires. Stevens’ bond was set at $25,000.00 cash or surety and he remains in the Marion County Jail.
