Early Tuesday morning officers responded to an alarm at Prestige Realty, 8 Diamond Boulevard. A vehicle had struck the building causing damage and fled the scene. Less than one hour later officers located the vehicle at a residence just outside of city limits. Officers arrested the driver, James A. Astorino, 23 of Hannibal, and the passenger, Thomas E. Rodgers, 23 of Hannibal. Astorino was issued a citation for leaving the scene of an accident. Rodgers was issued a citation for interfering with an investigation. Officers were assisted by the Marion County Sheriff’s Department.
