ACES Serve Search Warrant
On Monday January 20th, Hannibal Police Officers assigned to the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) were in the 1500 block of 30th Street conducting an investigation into the distribution of methamphetamine.
Detectives executed a search warrant at an apartment where methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located.
As a result of the investigation the following subjects were arrested:
Jeremiah J. Preston (36) of Hannibal
- Distribution/Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Warrant filed, bond set at $50,000 cash or surety.)
- Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia (Referred to State Prosecutor for Review)
- Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Referred to State Prosecutor for Review)
Jessica R. Vahle (33) of Hannibal
- Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia (Released pending review by the State Prosecutor)
- Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Released pending review by the State Prosecutor)
Amanda P. Bowen (28) of Hannibal
- Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia (Released on Municipal Summons)
