On Thursday, March 12, 2020 Hannibal Police Officers assigned to the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) executed a search warrant in the 2500 block of Broadway. The search warrant was a result of an investigation for the distribution of methamphetamine. Methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, and controlled prescription medications were seized during the search. The following subjects were taken into custody and face numerous charges:
- Jason R. Link, 31 of Hannibal, charged with delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia
- Katie M. Bell, 29 of Hannibal, charged with delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), felony possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernaliaRobin L. Tallman, 44 of Sunrise Beach MO, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and two state warrants from Audrain County
- Bethany S. Chamberlain, 24 of Sunrise Beach MO, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia
- Kris A. Rhoades, 48 of Hannibal, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia
Link and Bell were transported to the Marion County Jail on twenty-four hour holds pending formal charges. Tallman Chamberlain, and Rhodes were released pending charges.
