On Tuesday afternoon at approximately 4:20 Pm officers with the Hannibal Police Department were called to the area of 7th and Church for a report of a man with a knife yelling. Officers responded to the area and located a 20 year old Hannibal man. According to reports, after a brief investigation witnesses in the area alleged that the man had been in the street brandishing a knife and making threats over a disagreement over food. A short time later the man was arrested without incident. He was transported to the Marion County Jail after being arrested for Unlawful Use of a Weapon (Felony).
On Wednesday morning a criminal arrest warrant was issued in the 10th Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County charging Martin L. Warren 20, of Hannibal with one count of peace disturbance (Class B Misdemeanor,) his bond was set at 5,000.00 dollars; he remains in the Marion County Jail.
