Shortly after 6:30 a.m. Wednesday (11/21/12) morning, Officers of the Hannibal Police Departments Narcotics Unit, assisted by the Special Response Team, executed a narcotics search warrant in the 700 block of Center St. During the course of the search officers located and seized several items of drug paraphernalia and items used in the distribution of narcotics. Officers also seized what is believed to be methamphetamine and marijuana. Arrested at the residence were, 30 year old Andrea T. Shriver, of Hannibal, on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, 28 year old Donald P. Crew of Hannibal, on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance, 18 year old Dylan M. Bramblett, of Hannibal, on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 17 year old McKaylan M. Mudd of Hannibal, on charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and 23 year old Jason M. Fuget of Palmyra, on an active warrant. Bramblett and Mudd were released pending warrants, Crew and Shriver were placed on 24 hour holds at the Marion County Jail and Fuget was released to the Marion County Jail due to being unable to post bond on the warrant.
