On Sunday, October 31st, the Hannibal Police Department hosted their 41st Annual Halloween Party at the Admiral Coontz Armory, 301 Warren Barrett Drive. Approximately 600 children, ages twelve and under, were in attendance. Attractions included games, free popcorn, hotdogs, crafts and raffles. HPD would like to thank everyone who donated their time or made monetary contributions to the event.
