Officers of the Hannibal Police Department were called to the 500 block of Head Ln Monday afternoon, regarding suspicious subjects. The caller also reported hearing what they believed to be a weapon being racked. When officers arrived they contacted a vehicle leaving the area and found four subjects with a loaded AR-15. There was also a large quantity, of what is believed to be marijuana, packaged for sale, located in the vehicle. Markeleous T Woodson (18 of Hannibal) was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Ethan A Williams (18 of Hannibal) was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Liquor as a Minor. Brianna E Riccitelli (18 of Hannibal) was arrested for Manufacturing and Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Possesstion of a Controlled Substance. Hannah P Darling (18 of Hannibal) was arrested for 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Woodson was transported to the Marion County Jail on a 24-hour hold. The other subjects were released pending prosecutor review.
