39^th Annual Hannibal Police Children’s Halloween Party

On Thursday October 31^st (Halloween) the Hannibal Police Department (HPD) will be hosting the 39^th Annual HPD Children’s Halloween Party at the Admiral Coontz Armory located at 301 Warren Barrett Drive.  The purpose of the event is to provide a safer place for children to celebrate the Halloween holiday.  There will games, candy, prizes, refreshments, haunted tent and a costume contest.  Prizes will be awarded for the costume contest into four age groups (birth -3, 4-6, 7-9 and 10-12) for children plus a 13–adult contest.  The Hannibal Police Department has hosted the Children’s Halloween Party for 39 years with the support of the public and local businesses.  Once again the event will be free of charge for the children.
