On Thursday, 05/11/2017 at 3:54 PM, Hannibal Police Officers assigned to the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES), contacted two subjects at a residence in the 300 block of North 4th Street in Hannibal. Officers contacted Heather Roland (28), and Robert Roland (34) both of Hannibal in reference to reports of drug activity. Officers obtained consent to search the residence and located firearms, heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Both subjects were found to be convicted felons and were arrested on the following offenses: possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful possession of a firearm.  Both subjects were transported to the Marion County Jail and placed on 24 hour holds. 

On Friday, 05/12/2017 warrants were issued by the 10th Circuit Court on both subjects.  They are charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and three counts of unlawful possession of a firearm; all class D felonies. Bond is set at $50,000 cash or surety.   Both remain in the Marion County Jail.
