Warrants were issued by the 10th Judicial Circuit Court January 18th on the suspects arrested in the January 17th narcotics search warrant. The warrants charge Charles Donley with Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a Class C Felony. LaDawn Mack was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class D Felony. The bond for both Donley and Mack was set at $50,000.00 cash only. Both remain in the Marion County Jail.

On Wednesday January 17th, officers with the Hannibal Police Department Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) conducted a narcotics search warrant on a residence in the 400 block of N 5th. During the course of the search, a significant amount of Crystal Methamphetamine (ICE) was seized, as well as a large amount of cash, prescription drugs and several items of paraphernalia. Three Hannibal residents were taken into custody. Dillon A Rickey (21) was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Paraphernalia. LaDawn M Mack (44) was arrested for Manufacturing a Controlled Substance and Paraphernalia. Charles W Donley (36) was arrested for Manufacturing a Controlled Substance, Paraphernalia and 2 misdemeanor warrants. Rickey was released on a summons. Donley and Mack were placed on 24 hour holds at the Marion County Jail pending prosecutor review.
