Officers with the Hannibal Police Department Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) have arrested 3 Hannibal residents, Denise Brewington (44), Sondra Anderson (35) and Taiya Phelps (26) on warrants issued by the 10th Judicial Court of Marion County. The warrants are a result of separate investigations, by the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad, into illegal narcotics distribution. The warrants charge all 3 subjects with the Class B Felony of Distribution of a Controlled Substance.

- Taiya Phelps – Distribution of Methamphetamine
- Sondra Anderson – Distribution of Cocaine
All suspects remain in the Marion County Jail with bonds set at $100,000.00 cash only.
