On Tuesday morning, January 08, 2019 at 0720 AM officers with the Hannibal Police Department received a call of a suspicious female in the 200 block of N 10th Street. When officers arrived they observed a female matching that description near a home in the area. When contact was attempted with her she fled the scene on foot. Officers heard broken glass and a male fled from the back of the same residence. A short foot chase ensued and both suspects were taken into custody a short time later with no further incident. The male, identified as Lucas Demi (31 Hannibal), is charged with burglary 2nd degree and resisting arrest (fleeing). The female, identified as Patrianna Matson (23 Hannibal), is charged with burglary 2nd degree and was issued a city summons for possession of drug paraphernalia. Both are being held at the Marion County Jail on 24 hour holds pending the issuance of warrants.
